Custom Orders Policy

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place custom orders at least 7–10 days in advance

For large orders or custom cakes: 2+ weeks preferred

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability (rush fees may apply)

Order Minimums & Pricing

Cookies, Cruffins, and/or Cupcakes: 1 dozen minimum per custom flavor

Cakes: Pricing starts at $35 for basic two layer cakes, and $40 for pound cakes

Cinnamon Rolls: 12 roll minimum

Final pricing is based on: Size & complexity: Ingredients (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) : Decoration & packaging

Do you offer vegan or allergy-friendly options?

Absolutely! We provide vegan and allergy-sensitive alternatives—please specify your needs during ordering.

What are the payment terms for custom orders?

A 25% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery.

Pickup & Shipping

Shipping available within Alabama only (cookies and cruffins only — no shipping for cakes/cupcakes/cinnamon rolls )

Local pickup available in Montgomery, Alabama at the Montgomery Curb Market during regualr business hours

Pickup time and location will be confirmed when you order

Changes & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 7+ days in advance

Changes must be requested at least 3 days before fulfillment

Orders canceled within 3 days of delivery will not be refunded
