At Sweet Sakinah’s, we love creating custom treats that match your taste, theme, and dietary needs! Whether you’re ordering a dozen vegan cookies or a custom cake for a celebration, we’re here to bake your vision to life.

🧁 What We Offer for Custom Orders:

• Cookies – custom flavors
• Cupcakes – regular, mini, and vegan options
• Cakes – single or multi layered, pound cakes, sheet cakes
• Cinnamon Rolls – classic or flavored, perfect for brunch events
• Vegan Options – available for cookies, cupcakes, and select cakes

📅 Lead Time

• Please place custom orders at least 7–10 days in advance
• For large orders or custom cakes: 2+ weeks preferred
• Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability (rush fees will apply)

🧾 Order Minimums & Pricing

• Cookies & Cupcakes: 1 dozen minimum per custom flavor
• Cakes: Pricing starts at $30 for basic cakes, $40 for basic pound cakes
• Cinnamon Rolls: 6-roll minimum
• Final pricing is based on:
  • Size & complexity
  • Ingredients (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
  • Decoration & packaging
• You’ll receive a custom quote before confirming your order

💰 Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date
• Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping
• Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received

🚚 Pickup & Shipping

• Local pickup available in [Your City or Area]
• Shipping available within Alabama only (cookies only — no cakes/cupcakes/cinnamon rolls)
• Pickup time and location will be confirmed when you order

❗ Changes & Cancellations

• Changes must be requested at least 3 days before fulfillment
• Orders canceled within 3 days of delivery will not be refunded
• Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 7+ days in advance
